Stir-Fried Turkey with Peppery Flair
A quick and flavorful stir-fry made with juicy turkey, crunchy veggies, and a hint of peppery spice.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Turkey breast, boneless and skinless
- β2 medium Peppers, sliced
- β1 medium Onions, sliced
- β1 cup Bamboo shoots, sliced
- β2 tablespoons Stir-fry sauce
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- βto taste Black pepper, freshly ground
- βto taste Salt
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add the turkey breast and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes.

3. Remove the turkey from the skillet and set aside.

4. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

5. Add the sliced peppers and onions to the skillet and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

6. Add the bamboo shoots to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

7. In a small bowl, whisk together the stir-fry sauce and soy sauce.
