Moroccan Chicken Grill
A flavorful and spicy dish originating from Morocco, featuring chicken marinated in a blend of traditional spices, served with a side of couscous.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons moroccan spice blendavailable at most grocery stores
- β1 cup couscousinstant or regular
- β2 tablespoons olive oiluse for grilling and cooking
- β2 tablespoons lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 tablespoon honeyoptional
- β grillfor cooking chicken
- β1 juicy orangesfor serving as garnish
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped for garnish

In a large bowl, whisk together moroccan spice blend, olive oil, lemon juice, and honey (if using).

Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
