Uruguayan Chocolate Tart
A rich and decadent Uruguayan-inspired chocolate tart perfect for dessert.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Juicy Uruguayan beef
- β1 cup Molten chocolate
- β1 cup Uruguayan milk
- β1 sheet Tart pastry
- β1/2 cup Sugar
- β2 Eggs
- β1/4 tsp Salt
- β1/2 cup Unsalted butter

Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Roll out the tart pastry and place it in a 9-inch tart pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and salt.

Melt the unsalted butter and mix it with the sugar mixture.

Pour the sugar mixture into the tart shell.

Bake the tart for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove the tart from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.

Melt the molten chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments.
