Fillet Steak Saganaki Tacos
A fusion of Mexican and Greek flavors, featuring juicy fillet steak saganaki in tacos.

- β1 tsp Greek Seasoning
- β2 tbsp Lime Juice
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
- β4 Corn Tortillas6-inch diameter
- β1 medium Red Onionthinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Cilantrochopped

Season the fillet steak with Greek seasoning, cumin, and chili flakes.

Grill the steak for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it reaches 130Β°F for medium-rare.

Warm the corn tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
