Filipino Style Chicken Wrap
A twist on traditional wraps, this Filipino-style chicken wrap is flavorful and refreshing. Perfect for a quick meal or snack.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Boneless chicken breastcut into strips
- β1/4 cup Filipino-style BBQ saucehomemade or store-bought
- β1 cup Juicy fresh spinach leaves
- βto taste Freshly cracked black pepper
- β1/4 cup Yoghurt-based cucumber saucesee notes
- β1 Freshly made wrapuse a large flour tortilla

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Cook the chicken strips for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Let the chicken rest for 2 minutes before slicing into thin strips.

Warm the wrap by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Spread the yoghurt-based cucumber sauce onto the wrap, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Add sliced chicken on top of the sauce, followed by a handful of fresh spinach leaves.

Drizzle the Filipino-style BBQ sauce over the top of the chicken.

Season with freshly cracked black pepper to taste.

Fold the bottom edge of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.
