Crispy Pork Dumplings
A classic Chinese dish made with juicy pork and crispy wrappers. Serve as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

- β2 packages flakyWonton wrappers
- β2 cloves chineseGarlic, minced
- β1 cup dimChopped cabbage
- β2 tablespoons sumSoy sauce

Combine pork, garlic, and soy sauce in a bowl. Mix well.

Lay a wonton wrapper on a flat surface. Place a tablespoon of the pork mixture in the center.

Brush the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold the wrapper into a triangle and press the edges together to seal.

Heat 2 inches of oil in a wok or deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

When the oil is hot, add a few dumplings to the pan (do not overcrowd).

Fry the dumplings until they are golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.

Remove the dumplings from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
