Crispy Saganaki Fritters with Greek Cheese
A twist on Greek appetizers, these crispy fritters filled with saganaki cheese will delight your taste buds.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup 1/2 cup greek cheese, crumbled
- β1/4 cup 1/4 cup saganaki cheese, crumbled
- β1/4 cup 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- β1 1 egg
- β1/2 cup 1/2 cup milk
- β1/4 cup 1/4 cup olive oil
- β Salt and pepper to taste

1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, egg, and milk to make a batter.

2. Add crumbled greek cheese, saganaki cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper to the batter. Mix well.

3. Heat olive oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

4. Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the batter into the hot oil.
