British Frittata
A classic British breakfast dish, this frittata is perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.

Add diced onion, mushrooms, and bell peppers; cook until the vegetables are tender.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and a pinch of salt.

Add diced ham to the egg mixture and stir to combine.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked vegetables in the skillet.

Cook until the eggs start to set, about 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set.
