Brazilian Chicken Brochette

Ingredients
- β1 pound Chicken Breastcut into 1-inch pieces
- β1/2 cup Brazilian-Style Marinadesee below for recipe
- β1 cup Juicy Pineapplefresh chunks
- β1/2 cup Red Onionthinly sliced
- β1/2 cup Bell Pepperthinly sliced
- β10-12 Pork Skewers (for brochette)soaked in water for 30 minutes
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oilfor brushing
- βto taste Salt and Pepper

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a blender or food processor, combine marinade ingredients and blend until smooth.

3. Place chicken in a large bowl and pour marinade over it. Toss to coat.

4. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
