Robata-Style Korean Bean Dishes
A hearty and flavorful dish combining navy beans with the bold flavors of Korean cuisine, all wrapped up in the smokiness of robata.
Ingredients
- β1 cup dried, soaked overnight and drained white beans
- β1 cup dried, soaked overnight and drained navy beans
- β1 teaspoon dried korean chili flakes
- β2 tablespoons robata sauce
- β2 tablespoons juicy vegetable oil
- β1 tablespoon korean chili paste
- β1 tablespoon soy sauce
- β1/4 cup, thinly sliced bitter green onions

2. In a large pot, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.

3. Add the Korean chili flakes and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
