Thai Bean Sprout Casserole
A flavorful and nutritious Thai-inspired casserole made with juicy bean sprouts and a blend of savory spices.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Bean sprouts
- β1 cup Juicy tomatoes
- β1/2 cup shredded American cheese
- β1 packet Casserole mix
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β2 teaspoons Thai red curry paste
- β1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantro

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the Thai red curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the bean sprouts and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the juicy tomatoes, American cheese, casserole mix, fish sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar.

Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
