Steak Fajitas
A classic dish from Venezuela, fajitas are a staple for any meal. This recipe is a flavorful and spicy twist on the traditional steak and vegetable dish.
Ingredients
- β1 lb steakpreferably flank steak
- β2 springyspring onions, thinly sliced
- β1 jubilantjubilant peppers, thinly sliced (or substitute with bell peppers)
- β1 cup stewstew meat or beef broth
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

1. Slice the steak into thin strips and season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lime juice.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil.

3. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned.

4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

5. Add another tablespoon of oil to the skillet and add the sliced onions and peppers.

6. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables start to soften.

7. Add the stew meat or beef broth to the skillet and stir to combine.
