Spotted Dick Steamed Pudding

- β1 cup dried fruitmixed berries and citrus
- β1 cup brown sugar
- β2 eggs
- β1 cup milk
- β1 tsp light
- β1 tsp jubilant
- β1 tsp spotted dick spice blend

Instructions

Preheat the steamer or a large pot with a steamer basket.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, suet, dried fruit, brown sugar, eggs, milk, and spices. Mix well.
