Greek Jubilant Lasagna
A twist on the classic lasagna, infused with the flavors of Greece. This dish is sure to bring a smile to anyone's face.
Ingredients
- β1 package jubilant
- β8-10 sheets lasagna
- β1 cup, crumbled Greek cheese
- β1 cup ricotta cheese
- β2 eggs
- β2 cloves garlic
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Greek cheese, eggs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Spread a thin layer of the cheese mixture onto the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange 4 lasagna noodles on top.

Spread half of the remaining cheese mixture over the noodles, followed by half of the jubilant.

Repeat the layers, starting with the noodles, then the remaining cheese mixture, and finally the remaining jubilant.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
