Ingredients
- β1 cup Fluffy Basmati Ricepreferably uncooked
- β1 cup Cornfrozen or canned, thawed
- β1 tsp Indian Biryani Masalaavailable at most grocery stores
- β1 tsp Jubilant Jubilee Spice Blendcustom blend with cumin, coriander, and cinnamon
- β2 tbsp Vegetable Oilfor sautΓ©ing
- βto taste Salt
- βchopped, for garnish Fresh Cilantro

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the Indian Biryani Masala and Jubilant Jubilee Spice Blend. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
