Algerian Jubilant Casserole

Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons Jubilant
- ●1 teaspoon Algerian
- ●2 cups Cornmeal
- ●2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- ●1 medium OnionChopped
- ●2 cloves GarlicMinced
- ●2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- ●2 cups Water
- ●1 teaspoon Salt

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.

Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the water, dense, jubilant, algerian, and salt. Stir well to combine.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix the cornmeal with a little water to form a paste.

Add the cornmeal paste to the pot and stir well to combine.
