Grilled Squid with Jubilant Glaze
A seafood dish featuring grilled squid with a sweet and tangy jubilant glaze, inspired by the flavors of Basque cuisine.

- β2 tbsp JubilantHoney or substitute with maple syrup
- β2 tbsp BasqueRed wine vinegar or substitute with apple cider vinegar
- β12 SkewersFor grilling
- β2 tbsp Olive oilFor brushing

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Rinse squid and pat dry with paper towels.

Thread squid onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Brush squid with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill squid for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, combine jubilant and basque in a small saucepan.

Bring mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
