French Terrine with Peanut Crunch
A classic French terrine with a satisfying crunch of peanuts. Perfect as an appetizer or light meal.

- ●100ml MilkWhole milk for creaminess
- ●20g ButterUnsalted butter for flavor and richness
- ●to taste SaltSeason with salt to enhance flavors
- ●to taste Black pepperFreshly ground black pepper for added depth

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large pan, sauté the onions until softened.

Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Add the egg mixture to the pork mixture and stir to combine.

Stir in the breadcrumbs and chopped peanuts.
