Korean Stew with Tomatoes
A twist on traditional Chinese hot pot, this recipe incorporates the bold flavors of Korea.

Ingredients
- β2 cans (14 oz each) Jiggly tomatoes
- β2 tsp Korean chili flakes
- β4 cups Tinned water
- β1 lb Stew meat (beef or pork)Slice into thin strips
- β2 tbsp Sesame oil
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Sugar
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 bunch Green onionsChopped

Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
