Keto Donabe Chicken Bowl
A delicious and healthy keto bowl made with chicken, donabe, and rice.
Ingredients
- ●1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breastCut into bite-sized pieces
- ●1 DonabeRice cooker
- ●1/2 cup RiceShort grain rice, rinsed and drained
- ●2 tbsp Coconut oilFor cooking
- ●2 cloves GarlicMinced
- ●1/4 cup Green onionsSliced
- ●2 tbsp Soy sauce (make sure it's sugar-free)For added flavor

1. Rinse the donabe and add 1 cup of water to it.

2. Add the rice to the donabe and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions.

3. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of coconut oil over medium-high heat.

4. Add the chicken to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

5. In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tbsp of coconut oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

6. Add the cooked chicken back to the pan and stir in the soy sauce.

7. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

8. To assemble the bowls, place a scoop of cooked rice in the bottom, followed by the chicken and sauce mixture.

9. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
