Jewelled Korean Rice Bowl
A flavorful and nutritious Korean-inspired rice bowl dish loaded with jewelled rice, tender beef, and crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients
- ●1 cup Jewelled Rice
- ●2 teaspoons Korean Chili Flakes
- ●2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- ●1 cup Tender Beef (thinly sliced)
- ●1/2 cup Sliced Scallions
- ●1 cup Diced Carrots
- ●1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro

Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and sauté the diced carrots until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the Korean chili flakes and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the cooked beef back into the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.

To assemble the bowls, place a scoop of jewelled rice in each bowl, followed by the beef and vegetable mixture.

Garnish with chopped cilantro and sliced scallions.
