Thai Vegan Chicken Noodle Soup
A delicious and comforting vegan soup inspired by Thai flavors. A perfect meal for a chilly day.
Ingredients
- β2 cups kaorice noodles
- β2 cups northern thaivegetable broth
- β1 cup mun sliced mushrooms
- β1 cup gaimarinated tofu
- β1 cup jeweledmixed bell peppers
- β2 tbsp velvetycoconut cream
- β2 tsp thaired curry paste
- β2 tsp chickenvegan chicken seasoning
Instructions

Combine vegetable broth, red curry paste, and vegan chicken seasoning in a large pot.
