Australian Frittata with Jewel Toned Vegetables
A fusion of Japanese and Italian flavors, this frittata is packed with Australian vegetables and a hint of sweetness from the jewel toned vegetables.

- ●1 cup Toned mushrooms
- ●1 medium Australian zucchini

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onions and cook until they are translucent and starting to caramelize.
