Canadian Cod Chowder
A hearty Canadian-inspired fish chowder filled with chunks of cod and a sweet touch of jelly.

Ingredients
- β1 lb Codfresh, skin removed
- β2 tbsp Jellyfor added sweetness
- β6-8 filled potatoes (such as Russet or Yukon gold) Filledpeeled, diced
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tbsp All-purpose flourfor thickening
- β1 cup Milkwhole or 2%
- β4 cups Waterfor broth
- βto taste Salt and pepper
