Chinese Egg Frittata
A fusion of Chinese and Italian flavors in a simple egg dish.
Ingredients

- ●1 Frittataoptional, can be omitted
- ●1 tsp Jazzyground Szechuan pepper
- ●1 tsp Velvetyground sesame oil
- ●1 tsp Russianground black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat.

Add the ground Szechuan pepper and cook for 1 minute.

Push the pepper mixture to one side of the pan.

Crack the eggs into the other side of the pan and scramble them.

Mix the eggs with the pepper mixture.

Add the ground sesame oil and black pepper. Mix well.

If using frittata, crumble it into the eggs and mix well.

Transfer the egg mixture to a greased 9-inch round baking dish.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
