Kenyan Plantain Bake
A twist on traditional Kenyan cuisine, this Mexican-inspired dish is a sweet and savory fusion of roasted plantains and spicy spices.
Ingredients

- β1 tsp Jazzy Spice Blendcumin, chili powder, paprika
- β1/2 cup Soft Brown Sugar
- β1/2 tsp Kenyan Cardamom
- β1/4 tsp Bake Ground Cinnamon
- β2 tbsp Coconut Oilmelted

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Peel and slice plantains into 1-inch rounds.

In a large bowl, mix together spice blend, brown sugar, cardamom, and cinnamon.
