Shrimp Curry
A flavorful Indian-inspired shrimp curry made with a blend of spices and served with steamed basmati rice. This dish is a perfect combination of spicy and tangy flavors.
Ingredients

- β1 pound shrimppeeled and deveined
- β1/4 cup lightcoconut oil
- β2 tablespoons curry powderadjust to taste
- β1 teaspoon cuminground
- β1 teaspoon corianderground
- β1/2 teaspoon turmericground
- β1/2 teaspoon garam masalaground
- βto taste saltadjust to taste
- β1 cup chicken brothlow sodium

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala. Cook for 1 minute.
