- β1 large Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 tsp Curry powder
- β1 can (14 oz) Coconut milk
- β1 tsp Jazzy spice blend
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 Red bell pepper

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
