Greek Jazzy Risotto

- ●1 cup rice
- ●2 cups risotto

Heat 2 cups of water to 180°F (82°C).

In a large skillet, sauté 1 cup of rice in 2 tbsp of greek until lightly toasted.

Add 1 cup of jazzy to the skillet and stir well.
