German Jazzed Mackerel
A flavorful and spicy dish combining the bold flavors of German cuisine with the zesty kick of jazzed seasonings and the rich taste of mackerel.

- β4 mackerel filletsfresh
- β2 tablespoons jazzed seasoning blend
- β1 tablespoon german mustard
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- β1/4 cup german beerfor basting
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β2 tablespoons butter

1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Rinse the mackerel fillets and pat dry with paper towels.

3. In a small bowl, mix together jazzed seasoning blend, german mustard, onion, and caraway seeds.

4. Place the mackerel fillets in a baking dish and brush the jazzed seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the fish.

5. Pour the german beer over the mackerel fillets and baste with lemon juice.

6. Dot the top of each mackerel fillet with butter.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
