Jasmine Shrimp Fried Rice
A quick and easy fried rice dish with succulent shrimp and fresh jasmine rice.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Jasmine ricecooked and cooled
- β1 pound Shrimppeeled and deveined
- β1/4 cup Scallionschopped
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped
- β2 cups Greenchopped
- β1/4 cup Salsamild
Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp and cook until pink and just cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from wok and set aside.

Push cooked shrimp to one side of the wok. Crack in eggs and scramble until cooked through.

Mix eggs with shrimp. Add cooked jasmine rice to the wok, breaking up any clumps with a spatula.

Stir-fry rice with shrimp and eggs for about 2-3 minutes, until combined and heated through.

Add green onions, green, and salsa to the wok. Stir-fry for another minute, until combined.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer to a serving platter and serve immediately.
