Malaysian Tempeh Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy stir fry made with tempeh, inspired by Malaysian cuisine. Gluten-free and delicious!
Ingredients
- β1 package Tempehcut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oilfor frying
- β2 teaspoons Malaysian seasoning blendavailable at most Asian markets
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon Gingergrated
- β2 Chili pepperssliced
- β1 bunch Bok choycut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons Soy saucegluten-free
- β1 tablespoon Hoisin saucegluten-free

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the tempeh and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the Malaysian seasoning blend, garlic, and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the chili peppers and bok choy, and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and hoisin sauce.

Pour the sauce over the tempeh and vegetables, and stir-fry for another minute.
