Beer Steeped German Cheese Wrap
A German-inspired wrap filled with a rich beer-steeped cheese, served with a side of savory Dutch-style pickled vegetables.
Ingredients

- β8 ounces german cheese
- β1 tablespoon dutch-style pickling spices
- β1 cup dutch-style pickling vegetables (such as carrots and onions)
- β1 large japanese-style wrap
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
Instructions

Steep the beer in a saucepan over low heat for 10 minutes.

Add the german cheese to the beer saucepan and stir until melted.

Add the dutch-style pickling spices to the melted cheese and stir to combine.

Slice the dutch-style pickling vegetables into thin strips.
