Saskatoon Berry Gratin

- β1/4 tsp nutmegground
- β1/4 cup jammy berriesfresh or frozen
- β1/4 cup ukrainian cheese (or substitute)grated

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, mix together saskatoon berries, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Transfer the berry mixture to a 6-inch baking dish.

Top with jammy berries and ukrainian cheese.

In a small bowl, mix together grated gratin and a pinch of salt.
