Jagged Chicken Wrap
A delicious and spicy Vietnamese-inspired wrap with marinated chicken and crunchy jagged vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound boneless chicken breastcut into thin strips
- β1 cup jagged vegetablessuch as carrots, cucumbers, and bell peppers
- β2 tablespoons sweet chili sauceor to taste
- β1 tablespoon fish sauceor to taste
- β1 toasted wrappreferably baguette-style
- β1/4 cup cilantrochopped

Marinate chicken in sweet chili sauce and fish sauce for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Grill jagged vegetables for 2-3 minutes per side, or until slightly charred.

Warm wrap by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble wrap by spreading a layer of marinated chicken on the wrap, followed by grilled jagged vegetables and chopped cilantro.
