- β2-3 Jagged Peruvian Aji Amarillo Chilidiced
- β1 pound Shrimp (Camorones de Mar)peeled and deveined
- β2 cloves Smoked Garlicminced
- β1/2 cup White Winedry
- β1 cup De Camarones Fish Stockchicken or seafood stock as substitute
- β2 tablespoons Chupe de Mar (Peruvian Seafood Stew Mix)or substitute with seafood seasoning
- β2 tablespoons Unsalted Buttersoftened
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsleychopped

Instructions

Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the diced Aji Amarillo Chili and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
