Thai Paneer Curry

- β8 oz paneercubed
- β1 cup rasmalaicrushed
- β2 tbsp coconut oil
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 piece gingergrated
- β1 tsp curry powder
- β1 tsp cumin powder
- β1 tsp coriander powder
- βto taste salt

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
