Jagged Middle Eastern Falafel Wrap
A flavorful and healthy wrap filled with crispy falafel, fresh vegetables, and tangy tahini sauce.
Ingredients
- β8-10 pieces Falafel
- β4 pieces Pita bread
- β1 cup Mixed greens
- β1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- β1/2 cup Cucumber
- β1/2 cup Pickled turnips
- β1/2 cup Tahini sauce
- β1/4 cup Chopped parsley
- β2 tbsp Lemon juice
- β1 tbsp Olive oil

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Bake the falafel for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

Warm the pita bread by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and pickled turnips.

Spread a layer of tahini sauce on each pita bread.

Assemble the wraps by placing 2-3 falafel pieces on each pita, followed by a scoop of the vegetable mixture.
