- β1 pound Lamb shoulderCut into thin strips
- β1 cup Jagged lettuceChopped
- β1 American wrapLarge, whole wheat
- β1/2 cup Feta cheeseCrumbed
- β1/2 cup Red onionThinly sliced
- β1 medium TomatoDiced
- β2 tablespoons Tzatziki sauceHomemade or store-bought
