Mexican Morning Glory Bruschetta
A twist on the classic Italian bruschetta, with a Mexican twist using morning glory as a topping. This dish is perfect for a light snack or breakfast.
Ingredients

- β4 slices Italian Bread
- β1/4 cup Jaded Olives
- β1/2 cup Bruschetta Topping
- β1/4 teaspoon Pak Chili Flakes
- β2 tablespoons Bung Cheese
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- β Salt

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Slice the Italian bread into 1-inch thick slices.

Toast the bread in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly browned.

While the bread is toasting, mix together the morning glory, bruschetta topping, jaded olives, and pak chili flakes in a bowl.

Once the bread is toasted, let it cool for a minute or two.

Top each slice of bread with a spoonful of the morning glory mixture.
