Cai Fun with Pork
A classic Chinese dish featuring stir-fried pork and cai fun noodles. Quick and easy to make, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1/2 pound porksliced
- β8 ounces fun noodlesdried
- β1 bunch caichopped
- β1 tablespoon jadechopped scallions
- β2 tablespoons chinesesoy sauce
- β2 tablespoons cooking oilvegetable oil
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced pork and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the pork from the wok and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the wok.

Add the chopped cai and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked noodles to the wok and stir to combine with the cai.

Return the pork to the wok and stir in the soy sauce.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the pork is coated in the sauce.
