German Apple Strudel
A classic German dessert made with sweet apples and a crispy pastry crust.
Ingredients

- ●1/2 cup French bread (flour)crumbs
- ●1/4 cup Sugar (sweet)
- ●1/4 cup Rice flour
- ●1 Macaronfor topping
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel, core, and slice the apples.

In a bowl, mix together sugar, rice flour, and a pinch of salt.

Add the sliced apples to the bowl and toss until coated.

Roll out the French bread crumbs and place the apple mixture in the center.

Fold the dough over the apples and press the edges to seal.

Place the strudel on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.

While the strudel is baking, toast the macaron for topping.
