German Duck Stew
A hearty German-inspired stew made with tender duck and a blend of spring vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Duck breast
- β2 medium Spring onions
- β4 medium Spring carrots
- β2 large Spring potatoes
- β2 tsp Stew seasoning
- β1 cup White wine
- β2 cups Chicken broth

Preheat oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C).

Season the duck breast with stew seasoning.

In a large Dutch oven, heat a couple of tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat.

Sear the duck breast until browned on both sides, then remove from heat.

Add the sliced onions and carrots to the pot, cooking until they begin to soften.

Add the sliced potatoes, white wine, and chicken broth to the pot.

Return the duck breast to the pot, cover, and transfer to the preheated oven.

Braise the stew for 30 minutes.
