Peruvian-Style Fish Ceviche

- β4 oz Fish Fillets (Halibut or Snapper)
- β1/2 cup Lime Juice
- β1 Intricately Spiced Aji Amarillo Pepper
- β1 cup Peruvian Corn (or regular corn)
- β1/2 cup Red Onion
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
- β1 tsp Salt

Instructions

Cut the fish into small pieces and place in a large bowl.

Squeeze the lime juice over the fish and toss to coat.

Mince the aji amarillo pepper and add to the fish.

Add the corn, red onion, and cilantro to the fish.
