- β1 package Phyllo pastrythawed
- β1 block (8 oz) Feta cheesecrumbly
- β1 bunch Spinachchopped
- β1 cup Mushroomssliced
- β1/2 cup Kalamata olivespitted
- β1/2 cup Red onionthinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Unroll phyllo pastry and cut into 4 equal pieces.

Brush each piece with a little water and layer in a tart pan.

Crumble feta cheese and sprinkle over phyllo pastry.
