Yorkshire Beef Pudding
A traditional British dish consisting of a savory beef pudding made from a mixture of ground beef, eggs, and breadcrumbs, typically served as a main course.

- β1/2 cup Breadcrumbspreferably fresh

- β2 tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- β Salt and Pepperto taste
- β1 cup Beef Stockwarm
- β2 tablespoons Butter

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Gradually add warm beef stock to the mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Heat butter in a 9x13-inch baking dish in the oven until melted.
