Turkish Keto Cheese Boregi
A Turkish-inspired keto cheese boregi recipe made with rich and creamy feta cheese. Perfect as a snack or light meal.
Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Thaw the filo dough according to package instructions.

Cut the filo dough into 4 equal pieces.

Brush each piece with su (water).

Place a quarter of the feta cheese in the center of each piece.

Fold the filo dough into a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.

Place the boregi on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the tops with a little su (water) and sprinkle with Turkish cheese boregi spices (if using).
