Croatian Chicken Pasta Stir Fry
A Japanese-inspired stir-fry with Croatian chicken and a sweet, slightly spicy sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 lb chicken breastboned and skinless
- β8 oz pasta soba or rice noodles
- β1 cup intensely jammy strawberriesfresh or frozen
- β2 tsp croatian paprikasweet or smoked
- β2 tbsp soy saucelow sodium
- β1 tbsp rice vinegarunseasoned
- β1 tbsp honeypure
- β1 tsp sesame oiltoasted

Cook pasta according to package instructions.

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with Croatian paprika.

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.

Add strawberries and cook until they begin to break down, about 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.
