French Lentil Tarte

- ●1/2 cup, finely chopped Onion
- ●2 cloves, minced Intensely garlicky garlic
- ●1/4 cup Brown sugar
- ●2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
- ●1/4 teaspoon Salt
- ●1 sheet, thawed Tarte pastry
