Middle Eastern Lamb Toast
A flavorful and easy-to-make dish that combines the rich taste of lamb with the crunch of toast.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb shoulderboneless and thinly sliced
- β2 tablespoons Middle eastern spice blend
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β4 slices Crusty breadpreferably baguette
- β1 cup Tzatziki saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1/4 cup Chopped parsley

1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. In a small bowl, mix together spice blend and olive oil.

3. Add garlic to the bowl and mix well.

4. Add lamb slices to the bowl and coat with the spice mixture.

5. Place the lamb slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lamb is cooked through.

8. Spread a layer of tzatziki sauce on each slice of toast.
